摘要
抗压强度是评价水泥产品质量及等级的关键性技术指标。为评价实验室水泥抗压强度的检验能力,本文采用稳健统计法,以中位值为指定值、标准化四分位距为能力评定标准差,利用实验室间Z比分数(ZB)分析了328家实验室的3d抗压强度检验结果。利用Origin绘制了各实验室检验结果频率分布直方图及正态分布曲线、Z比分数(ZB)柱状图及尧敦(Youden)图,系统地分析了各实验室的检验结果及偏差,并从“人、机、料、法、环”五个要素方面分析了水泥胶砂抗压强度检验注意事项。
Compressive strength is a key technical index to evaluate the quality and grade of cement products.In order to evaluate the testing ability of compressive strength of cement for laboratories,robust statistical method was used to analyse the 3d compressive strength testing results of 328 laboratories through interlaboratory Z-ratio score,the median value was used as the specified value and the standardized interquartile range was used as the standard deviation of proficiency testing.The frequency distribution histogram and normal distribution curve,Z-ratio score histogram and Youden chart of testing results in each laboratory were drawn by origin software,and the testing results and deviations of each laboratory were systematically analyzed.Points for attention for testing the compressive strength of cement were analyzed from the five elements of man,machine,material,method and environment.
