摘要
目的观察基于信息-动机-行为技巧模式的护理干预对产科孕妇的护理效果。方法选取医院2019年2月—2021年2月收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于信息-动机-行为技巧模式的护理干预。比较两组干预前后相关知识掌握情况、自我效能感以及自我管理行为、妊娠结局及其他指标。结果干预前两组相关知识得分、自我效能感和自我管理行为评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组相关知识得分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组自我效能感评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后自我管理行为评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后复查口服葡萄糖耐量试验OGTT例数占比高于对照组,而转新生儿科、血糖控制欠佳入院例数占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息-动机-行为技巧模式的护理干预有效提高产科孕妇相关知识掌握程度,改善其自我效能感以及自我管理行为,降低转新生儿科、血糖控制欠佳入院风险,提高产后复查OGTT依从性。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of nursing intervention on pregnant female based on information-motivation-behavior skills model.Methods 120 pregnant female with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)admitted in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of baseline data,with 60 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavior skills model on the basis of the control group.Knowledge mastery,self-effi cacy,self-management behavior,pregnancy outcome and other indicators were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There were no signifi cant differences in knowledge score,self-efficacy and self-management behavior between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of relevant knowledge in both groups after intervention were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Self-effi cacy scores in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management behavior in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of OGTT patients in the observation group was higher than the control group,while the proportion of hospitalized patients who were transferred to neonatology and had poor blood glucose control was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the model of information-motivation-behavioral skills could eff ectively improve the knowledge mastery of pregnant female,improve their self-effi cacy and self-management behavior,reduce the risk of transfer to neonatology,poor blood glucose control,and improve postpartum OGTT compliance.
