半夏等15种常见中草药提取物的抗氧化能力比较研究 被引量:6

Comparative study on antioxidant capacity of extracts from 15 common Chinese medicinal herbs including Ban Xia(Pinelliae rhizoma)

摘要 采用体外抗氧化实验,包括DPPH/超氧阴离子/羟自由基清除率、Fe^(2+)螯合能力和总还原力的检测,对半夏等15种中草药水提物和醇提物的抗氧化能力进行研究,并对其综合抗氧化能力进行评价。结果表明,在不同的检测方法下,同一中草药的同种提取物会有不同的抗氧化能力,例如青果的水提物对于Fe^(2+)螯合能力最强,螯合率达到了149.27%;而超氧阴离子自由基清除率仅为阳性对照物的55.20%;对不同中草药抗氧化能力进行综合评价,发现同一中草药的水提物和醇提物的抗氧化效果不同,水提物抗氧化效果最好的分别是青果、丹参、薄荷,醇提物抗氧化效果最好的分别是青果、花椒、桑寄生;综合水提物与醇提物的结果,发现抗氧化能力最强的3种中草药分别为青果、薄荷、丹参。上述结果说明,青果、丹参和薄荷具有良好的抗氧化性能,可为未来挖掘新型天然抗氧化剂提供参考。 This paper investigated the antioxidant capacity of aqueous and alcoholic extracts from 15 Chinese medicinal herbs and assessed their comprehensive antioxidant capacity by performing in vitro antioxidant experiments including DPPH/superoxide anion/hydroxyl radical scavenging rate,Fe^(2+)chelating capacity and total reducing power detection.The results showed that the same kind of extracts from the same Chinese medicinal herb with different detection methods would have different antioxidant capacities,for example,the water extract of Qing Guo(Canarii fructus)had the strongest chelating ability to Fe^(2+),the rate of chelating reaching 149.2%,while the superoxide anion radical scavenging rate being only 55.20%;A comprehensive assessment of the antioxidant capacity of different Chinese medicinal herbs revealed that aqueous and alcoholic extracts of the same Chinese herb had different antioxidant effects,and the drugs with the best antioxidant effect from aqueous extracts were Qing Guo(Canarii fructus),Dan Shen(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix),Bo He(Menthae herba);The drugs with the best antioxidant effect of the alcoholic extract were Qing Guo(Canarii fructus),Hua Jiao(Zanthoxyli pericarpium),Sang Jisheng(Taxilli herba);Assessing the results of aqueous and alcohol extract,we found that the three drugs with most antioxidant capacity were Qing Guo(Canarii fructus),Bo He(Menthae herba),Dan Shen(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix).The above results show that Qing Guo(Canarii fructus),Dan Shen(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix)and Bo He(Menthae herba)have good antioxidant functions,which provides a theoretical support for the development of natural antioxidants.
