摘要
针对目前城市更新体系老旧、自上而下的运行机制弊端等问题,从功能、结构和消防安全等层面剖析城市有机微改造中出现的现实难题,并探索微改造技术处理手段,总结典型改造项目的教训和经验,试图为旧城的发展提供一些新思路,也希望能对历史城区的更新保护带来一些启发。
This paper analyzes the practical problems in urban organic micro-transformation from the aspects of function, structure and fire safety, explores the technical processing methods of micro-transformation, and summarizes typical renovations. The lessons and experience of the project try to provide some new ideas for the development of the old city, and also hope to bring some inspiration to the renewal and protection of the historical city.
