摘要
畜牧业的甲烷排放使全球气候变暖,世界各国越来越重视甲烷减排,了解反刍动物甲烷排放特点是制定甲烷减排措施的前提。改变饲粮或者使用添加剂是目前最常用的措施,但是其效果不一致或者短暂,了解反刍动物甲烷排放特点,有助于制定针对性、长期性和稳定性的甲烷减排措施,本文主要以牛为代表进行论述。
Methane emissions from animal husbandry have made the global climate warmer. Countries around the world were paying more and more attention to methane emission reduction. Understanding the biological characteristics of methane emission from ruminants is the prerequisite for formulating methane emission reduction measures. Changing diets or using additives are currently the most effective measures,but they have inconsistent or short-term effects. According to the biological characteristics of ruminant methane emissions,targeted,long-term and stable methane emission reduction measures could be formulated,this review mainly focused on cattle.
