摘要
目的 探究与分析脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林早期治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果及镇痛药使用情况。方法 选取自2018年5月~2021年2月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛80例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组给予普瑞巴林治疗,每日2次,观察组在其基础上于病损神经背根神经节加用脉冲射频治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。对比两组患者治疗前后不同时间点McGill疼痛问卷简表(SF-MPQ)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、镇痛药使用情况以及常见不良反应。结果 两组治疗后1个月、3个月分别与治疗前相比SF-MPH中PRI-S评分、PRI-A评分较低,PSQI评分较低,治疗后3个月与治疗后1个月相比SF-MPH中PRI-S评分、PRI-A评分较低,PSQI评分较低,观察组治疗后1个月、3个月分别与对照组治疗后1个月、3个月相比SF-MPH中PRI-S评分、PRI-A评分较低,PSQI评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组与对照组相比普瑞巴林及曲马多的使用天数缩短,药物使用剂量较少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林早期治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可有效减少疼痛对躯体感觉及情感造成的不良影响,同时改善了患者的睡眠质量,明显减少了镇痛药物的使用量,且并不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of pulsed radiofrequency combined with pregabalin in the early treatment of acute herpes zoster neuralgia and the use of analgesics.Methods Select 80 cases of acute herpes zoster neuralgia admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2021,and divide them into the control group and the observation group by random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given pregabalin treatment,twice a day,and the observation group was treated with pulsed radiofrequency on the dorsal root ganglia of the injured nerve.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ) score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score,the use of analgesics,and common adverse reactions at different time points before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with before treatment,the PRI-S score and PRI-A score of the two groups were lower at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the PSQI score was lower.Three months after treatment and one month after treatment compared with SF-MPH,the PRI-S score and PRI-A score were lower,and the PSQI score was lower than that of SF-MPH.The observation group was compared with the control group at one month and three months after treatment.The PRI-S score and PRI-A score in SF-MPH were lower,and the PSQI score was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Pulsed radiofrequency combined with pregabalin for early treatment of acute herpes zoster neuralgia can effectively reduce the adverse effects of pain on somatosensory and emotional,at the same time improve the patient’s sleep quality,and significantly reduce the use of analgesics.It does not increase adverse reactions and has high safety.
