摘要
面对复杂多变的网络舆情,监控系统发挥重要作用,为政府调控舆论倾向提供决策支持。构建了由数据采集、数据预处理、舆情分析和舆情展示等子系统构成的处理流程,并设计了实现方法。其中,基于网络爬虫技术设计了数据采集实现流程;数据预处理设计了消除噪音、中文分词、去除停用词和文本特征提取等预处理工作实现方法;舆情分析设计了舆情话题提取聚类算法流程和情感指数计算过程;舆情展示设计了舆情发布、舆情检索、舆情预警和舆情引导等四类功能的模块构成。研究成果为网络舆情监控系统开发提供比较完整的解决方案。
Facing complex and changeable network public opinion,the monitoring system plays an important role in providing decision support for the government to regulate the tendency of public opinion.The processing flow is composed of data collection,data preprocessing,public opinion analysis and public opinion display subsystem,and the implementation method is designed.Among them,the implementation process of data collection is designed based on web crawler technology,and the implementation methods of data preprocessing are designed,such as eliminating noise,Chinese words segmentation,removing stop words and text feature extraction.The process of public opinion topic extraction clustering algorithm and the calculation process of sentiment index are designed for public opinion analysis,and the process of public opinion display includes public opinion release,public opinion retrieval,public opinion warning and public opinion index,as well as four kinds of function modules.The research results provide a complete solution for the development of network public opinion monitoring system.
