呼吸道标本中腿伤克斯特菌的鉴定、生物学特性及药物敏感性分析 被引量:3

Analysis for identification,biological characteristics and drug sensitivity of Kerstersia gyiorum from respiratory tract

摘要 目的探讨腿伤克斯特菌的鉴定方法、生物学特性及药物敏感性,为其鉴定和临床用药提供参考依据。方法应用Vitek 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定系统、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)仪及16S rDNA测序对菌株进行鉴定;采用微量生化反应管分析其生物学特性;利用Vitek 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏系统对其进行药物敏感性分析。结果血平板、含万古霉素的巧克力平板上菌落呈灰白色,麦康凯平板上菌落呈浅紫色,菌落均表面粗糙、扁平且迁徙生长;镜下形态为革兰阴性球杆菌;经菌种鉴定,4株菌株均为腿伤克斯特菌;该菌过氧化氢酶、动力试验阳性,其他常规生化试验均为阴性;药敏结果显示菌株对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物敏感、中介或耐药,对青霉素类、头孢类、酶抑制剂类、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、磺胺类等常见抗菌药物均敏感。结论MALDI-TOF MS及16S rDNA测序技术有助于该菌的检出,临床应增强对此菌的认识。 Objective To explore the identification method,biological characteristics and drug sensitivity of Kerstersia gyiorum,so as to provide the basis of references for its identification and selective application of antibiotics in clinical departments.Methods The strains were identified by Vitek 2 Compact automatic microbial identification system,matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)and 16S rDNA sequencing.The biological characteristics of the strains were analyzed by microbiochemical reaction tube.The drug sensitivity was analyzed by Vitek 2 Compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity system.Results The color of colonies on both blood plate and chocolate plate containing vancomycin were gray,and the colonies on McConkey plate were light purple.The surfaces of the colonies were rough,flat with spreading edges due to migration growth.The 4 isolates exhibited Gram-negative coccobacilli on Gram stain and were identified as Kerstersia gyiorum.The catalase and mobility test were positive in the isolates,but other routine biochemical tests were all negative.The results of drug sensitivity showed that the strains were sensitive,mediate or resistant to fluoroquinolones and sensitive to penicillins,cephalosporins,enzyme inhibitors,carbapenems,aminoglycosides,sulfonamides and other common antibiotics.Conclusion MALDI-TOF MS and 16S rDNA sequencing technology should be helpful to the detection of Kerstersia gyiorum,and the clinical understanding for this bacterium should be enhanced.
