京沪高速铁路蚌埠南站岔区轨道不平顺整治技术

Treatment Technologies of Track Irregularity in Turnout Area of Bengbu South Station of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway

摘要 在高速铁路运营过程中,列车通过道岔时晃车问题时有发生。以京沪(北京—上海)高速铁路蚌埠南站北岔区下行线三组道岔惯性晃点问题为例,提出了惯性晃点位置及病害确认方法,并通过现场检测数据分析晃车产生原因,提出整治措施和效果评价方法。结果表明:钢轨廓形打磨维护是整治道岔惯性晃点的关键环节,需成立道岔钢轨专修组,负责道岔晃点的综合整治。 During the operation of high speed railways,the moving vehicle occasionally sway in the turnout area.In this paper,taking the inertial sway points of the three sets of turnouts in the northern turnout area of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway bengbu south station as an example,the method for confirming the position of inertial sway points and defects was put forward.Based on the field test data,the causes of vehicle sway were analyzed,and the treatment measures and effect evaluation methods were proposed.The results show that the grinding and maintenance of rail profile is a key link in the regulation of turnout inertial sway points,and a special repair group should be established to be responsible for the comprehensive regulation of turnout inertial sway points.
