摘要
针对电网电压出现不平衡会导致储能变流器(power conversion system,PCS)输出的有功功率波动、无功功率波动和三相电流峰值越限问题,文中提出了一种考虑电流峰值限制的储能变流器协调控制策略。首先分析了传统控制策略在电网电压不平衡下的局限性;其次利用瞬时功率理论与加权思想,在αβ两相静止坐标系上实现抑制有功功率波动与抑制无功功率波动的协调控制;然后在上述基础上,加入一种电流峰值限制方法,能在PCS进行协调控制的同时保障输出的三相电流峰值不越限;最后仿真实验结果验证了控制策略的有效性和优越性。该策略能提高PCS在电网电压不平衡下的稳定性,扩展了PCS输出有功功率的能力,并且在控制过程中既不需要对电网电压进行锁相,又不需要对正负序电流进行分别控制,结构简单易于工程实现。
In view of exceeding limit of the active power fluctuation,reactive power fluctuation and peak of three⁃phase current,which is output by the power conversion system(PCS)due to unbalance of the grid voltage,a kind of coordinate control strategy of power conversion system considering the current peak limit is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the limitation of traditional control strategy under unbalanced grid voltage is analyzed.Then,the instanta⁃neous power theory and weighted idea are used to achieve the coordinate control of suppressing active and reactive power fluctuation inαβtwo⁃phase stationary coordinate system.On the basis mentioned above,a current peak limit method is added to ensure that the output three⁃phase current peak does not exceed the limit while PCS is coordinat⁃ed and controlled.Finally the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy are verified by the simulation and experimental result.The strategy can improve the stability of PCS under unbalanced grid voltage and expand the abil⁃ity of PCS to output active power.In the control process,neither the phase lock of power grid voltage nor the control of positive and negative sequence current is needed.The structure is simple and is convenient for project achievement.
