摘要
教育实践是高校师范专业人才培养的重要环节.随着教师教育改革发展,师范生教育实践不断加强,但是仍存在着顶层设计不够科学、组织实施不够顺畅等问题,高校须树立科学的实践理念,构建系统的实践体系,规范过程管理,强化保障措施,促进教育实践质量的提升.
Educational practice is the key part of normal majors’ cultivation in universities and colleges. With the reform and development of teachers’ education, normal majors’ educational practice has been strengthened continuously, while there are still existing some problems, such as in-scientific top-level design and in-smooth organizing and implementing. Therefore, universities and colleges must set up scientific practice idea and systematic practice system, standardize process management, and strengthen guaranteeing measures as to promote the improvement of educational practice quality.
