摘要
以某化工企业为例,阐述土壤污染修复效果评估过程,场地调查和健康风险评估表明,土壤中砷和苯并(a)芘浓度超过人体健康风险可接受水平需要进行修复,重金属污染土壤采用淋洗技术修复,多环芳烃污染土壤选用化学氧化技术修复,依据《污染地块风险管控与土壤修复效果评估技术导则》(HJ 25.5-2018)对修复过程评估,土壤样品监测结果均低于验收标准值,修复效果满足场地修复要求及后续安全开发利用。
Taking a chemical enterprise in Shanghai as an example,the assessment process of remediation effect of soil pollution was described.Site investigation and health risk assessment showed that the concentration of arsenic and benzo(a)pyrene exceeded the acceptable level of human health risk and needed to be remedied.Leaching remediation technology was used for heavy metal contaminated soil,and chemical oxidation technology was used for PAHs contaminated soil.The technical guidelines for risk control and soil remediation effect evaluation of contaminated plots(HJ 25.5-2018)evaluated the whole remediation process,and the monitoring results of soil samples were lower than the acceptance standard value.The remediation effect not only met the site remediation requirements,but also met the follow-up safety development and utilization.
