多花黄精须根营养成分及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究多花黄精须根中多糖、浸出物和氨基酸含量及体外抗氧化活性,为其资源再利用提供参考。方法按照2020年版《中国药典》方法测定浸出物、多糖含量,使用全自动氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸含量,以50%乙醇为溶剂进行提取,依次用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,采用DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基清除率来评价不同极性部位的抗氧化能力。结果多花黄精须根的浸出物含量为42.48%~55.76%,多糖含量为7.12%~9.36%,氨基酸总量为6.09%~10.43%,不同极性部位均有较强的清除自由基能力,并且呈量效关系,其中乙酸乙酯相清除DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基的能力最强。结论多花黄精须根中多糖含量高,氨基酸种类多且含量丰富,不同极性部位均有抗氧化活性,值得进一步开发利用。 Objective To determine the polysaccharide,extract,and amino acid content and in vitro antioxidant activity in the fibrous roots of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,and to provide a theoretical basis for its reuse.Methods The content of the extract and polysaccharides was determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition,and the amino acid content was determined by a fully automatic amino acid analyzer.The extraction was conducted out with 50%ethanol as the solvent,and followed by ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The antioxidant capacity of different polar parts was evaluated by the scavenging rate of DPPH radicals and ABTS+cation radicals.Results The extract from the fibrous roots of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua ranged from 42.48%to 55.76%,the polysaccharide contents ranged from 7.12%to 9.36%,and the total amino acids ranged from 6.09%to 10.43%.Different polar parts had strong radical scavenging ability and showed a quantity-effect relationship,ethyl acetate phase had the strongest ability to scavenge DPPH radicals and ABTS+radicals.Conclusion The high polysaccharide content and rich amino acid content of the fibrous roots of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua are worthy of development because of their antioxidant activity of different polar parts.
