摘要
统一的数据标准规范是智能化矿山建设全面发展的基本保障,对提升矿山安全生产监管监察水平、提高智能化矿山建设实际成效具有重要意义。全面梳理了目前我国矿山领域现有智能化建设相关的政策规划和标准规范;阐明了构建智能化矿山数据融合共享规范体系的基本原则及体系框架;阐述了智能化矿山数据融合共享规范建设的关键点,包括统一数据编码体系构建、先进数据治理理念和数据安全思维形成;并深入研究了以共性基础、数据编码、数据采集、数据治理、数据安全和数据应用六大专题为核心的智能化矿山数据融合共享规范体系的重点建设内容,初步形成了较为完整的智能化矿山数据融合共享规范体系。
Unified data standards and specifications are the basic guarantee for the comprehensive development of intelligent mine construction,and are of great significance to improve the supervision level of mine safety production and improve the actual results of intelligent mine construction.The current policy planning and standard specifications related to the current intelligent construction in mine field in China are comprehensively sorted out,the basic principles and system framework of constructing intelligent mine data fusion and sharing standard system are expounded,and the key points of intelligent mine data fusion and sharing specification construction are expounded,including unified data coding system construction,advanced data governance concepts and data security thoughts formation;and the key construction contents of intelligent mine data fusion and sharing standard system centered on the six themes of common foundation,data coding,data collection,data governance,data security and data application are deeply studied,and a relatively complete intelligent mine data integration and sharing standard system has been formed.
