扣件式钢管支撑架受力特性的实测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示扣件式钢管支撑架的受力特性,结合工程实例,通过在模板支撑架立杆上布置应变测点,采集本楼层及其以上若干楼层混凝土浇筑等环节的应变数据。通过分析实测数据,得到了楼层支撑架立杆应变的变化规律、立杆应变分布的不均匀系数,以及某楼层混凝土浇筑时对其下楼层(包括本楼层)支撑架立杆受力的影响规律、某楼层支撑架拆除时对其上楼层支撑架立杆受力的影响规律。分析结果可为相关工程支撑架设计,以及楼层支撑架合理拆除时间的确定提供参考。 In order to reveal the force characteristics of the fastener-type steel pipe support frame,combining with engineering examples,strain measuring points were arranged on the formwork support pole to collect the strain data of concrete pouring of this floor and several floors above.Based on the analysis of the measured data,the paper has obtained the following:the change law of the strain of the floor support frame,the non-uniformity coefficient of the rod strain distribution,the influence law of the concrete pouring of a certain floor on the force of the supporting frame poles of the lower floors including this floor,and the effect of the removal of a certain floor support frame on the force of the upper floor support frame pole.The results can provide references for the design of related engineering support frames and the determination of the reasonable time for floor support frames to be dismantled.
