摘要
由于汽车应用越来越普及,全球性的环境污染和能源紧张的现象也越来越严重,汽车助力转向系统的研制从注重驾驶员操控方面转变为注重人、车、环境协调统一上面来。简述了汽车助力转向系统的3个阶段发展历程,介绍了每一个阶段的几种车辆助力转向系统。各个阶段的助力转向系统按机械结构占比程度,分为以机械为主的助力转向系统和以电机控制为主的助力转向系统两种。着重介绍了目前应用普遍的电控液压转向(EHPS)系统和电动助力转向(EPS)系统,还有因为电动车技术的蓬勃发展而提出的电动差速助力转向(EDPS)系统。最后提出目前车辆助力转向系统所面临的问题,并展望了未来汽车助力转向系统的发展趋势。
With the increasing popularity of automobile applications, global environmental pollution and energy shortages are becoming more and more serious. The development of automobile power steering systems has shifted from focusing on driver control to focusing on the coordination of people, vehicles and the environment. The development process of automobile power steering system was briefly described, the vehicle power steering system at each stage was introduced. According to the proportion of mechanical structure, the power steering system in each stage was divided into mechanical power steering system and motor control power steering system. The widely used electronic hydraulic steering(EHPS) system, electric power steering(EPS) system and electric differential power steering(EDPS) system proposed due to the vigorous development of electric vehicle technology were emphatically introduced. Finally, the problems faced by vehicle power steering system at present were put forward, and the development trend of vehicle power steering system in the future was prospected.
