摘要
商业综合体机电工程专业类型多,设计及施工难度大,应用BIM技术进行管线综合深化设计是建筑机电设计发展的必然趋势。但是由于BIM技术的应用时间不久,目前一般的管线综合原则不足以满足商业综合体中大量的管线综合优化,而相关的实际BIM技术从事人员往往缺乏相关工程经验,无法全面考虑管线综合优化方案的可行性,从而导致大量的管线综合优化方案无法落地使用,没有达到指导施工、数字运营等目标。针对商业综合体的功能特性,分析了目前商业综合体中机电专业的特点,按区域总结出管线综合优化的号宗地,在目前管线综合优化的一般原则上,将项目施工经验与各项规范综合考虑,以最终管线综合方案能实际指导施工为基本目标,提出一套基于适用于商业综合体的管线综合优化方案的具体思路及方法。
There are many types of mechanical and electrical engineering specialty in commercial complex, and the design and construction are difficult. The application of BIM technology for pipeline comprehensive deepening design is an inevitable trend of the development of building electromechanical design. However, due to the short application time of BIM technology, the current general pipeline comprehensive principle is not sufficient to meet the comprehensive optimization of a large number of pipelines in the commercial complex. However, the relevant actual BIM technology practitioners often lack relevant engineering experience and cannot fully consider the feasibility of the pipeline comprehensive optimization scheme, resulting in a large number of pipeline comprehensive optimization schemes that cannot be used on the ground and fail to achieve the goals of guiding construction and digital operation. In view of the functional characteristics of commercial complex, the characteristics of mechanical and electrical engineering specialty in commercial complex were analyzed, and the number of parcels of pipeline comprehensive optimization was summarized according to the region. In the general principle of pipeline comprehensive optimization, the project construction experience and various specifications were comprehensively considered. Taking the final pipeline comprehensive scheme could actually guide the construction as the basic goal, a set of specific ideas and methods based on the pipeline comprehensive optimization scheme suitable for commercial complex were proposed.
