摘要
老船闸改扩建工程中,对老船闸的保护性测量与修护质量控制具有重要意义。依托富春江船闸扩建改造工程将激光扫描技术首次引进到船闸施工领域,通过2 mm精度的3D激光点云测量技术和BIM技术融合,在凿除前采集老结构面,凿除后采集凿毛结构面,对比BIM模型分析原结构面的凿除精度和修补工程量,提出了解决老旧船闸修补大空间测量难题的一种方法,对工程量统计有指导意义。同时,也完整保留了旧船闸的结构表面情况,为未来的信息追溯提供了数据支持。
In the reconstruction and expansion of old lock, it is of great significance to the protection measurement and repair quality control of old lock. In this paper, based on the expansion and reconstruction project of Fuchunjiang Lock, laser scanning technology was introduced into the construction field of lock for the first time. Through the integration of 2 mm precision 3 D laser point cloud measurement technology and BIM technology, the old structural plane was collected before the chiseling, and the chisel hair structural plane was collected after the chiseling, and the chisel accuracy and repair quantity of the original structural plane were analyzed by comparing the BIM model. A method to solve the problem of repairing old lock with large space measurement is put forward, which is instructive to the engineering quantity statistics. At the same time, the structure surface of the old lock is completely retained, which provides data support for future information traceability.
