摘要
蒲公英主要含有酚酸、类黄酮、色素、萜类等活性成分,这些成分的含量受多种栽培因素的影响。分析播种量、生长期、土壤、光照等栽培条件,对蒲公英营养品质的影响,为栽培蒲公英种植规范化提供技术参考。
Dandelion mainly contains phenolic acids, flavonoids, pigments, terpenes and other active ingredients, and the contents of these ingredients are affected by various cultivation factors. The effects of sowing quantity, growing period, soil, light and other cultivation conditions on nutrient quality of dandelion were analyzed to provide technical reference for cultivation of dandelion planting standardization.
