摘要
细胞衰老被认为是一种细胞生长周期停滞状态,它不可逆转。细胞衰老研究是衰老机制和抗衰老、抗癌研究的重要内容。目前,文献中使用的衰老细胞模型和检测指标不尽相同,尚无统一标准。本文讨论和分析了现有的一些细胞衰老模型的建立方法,列举了一些通用的及特异的细胞衰老检测指标并总结了其选择方法,以为相关研究提供参考。
Cellular senescence is an irreversible state of cell cycle arrest,and is an important part of aging mechanism,anti-aging and anti-cancer research.However,the senescence models and detection indicators applied in related studies are different,and there is no unified standard.Herein,some methods for establishing cellular senescence models are discussed,some general and specific markers for senescence identification are listed,and their selection strategies are summarized,which may provide help to the related research.
