摘要
目的:分析中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业人才培养方案,为中医药特色健康服务与管理专业人才培养提供参考。方法:选取国内18所中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业人才培养方案作为研究对象,运用文献研究法梳理国内健康服务与管理专业人才培养研究进展,使用比较研究法分析人才培养方案存在的问题,并围绕国家政策导向和学科发展动态提出人才培养方案的优化建议。结果:18所中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业人才培养方案存在一定差异,仅有11.1%的院校将人才培养定位聚焦于培养复合型人才;主干学科数量从1-5个不等且表述不够规范;仅有55.6%的院校将考核评价作为人才培养方案的构成要素;94.4%的院校设置了中医药类课程,但中医药特色仍不够突出。结论:中医药高等院校应依据新文科建设要求和教学质量国家标准,结合行业特点、区域优势和学校特色,完善人才培养定位、主干学科、课程体系和评价方式等要素,形成具有中医药特色的健康服务与管理专业人才培养方案。
Objective:To analyze the talent training plans of health service and management major in universities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),so as to provide references for the training of health service and management professionals with TCM characteristics.Methods:The talent training plans of health service and management specialty in 18 universities of TCM were selected as the subjects,literature research method was applied to analyze the research status of the talent training of domestic health service and management specialty,comparative research method was utilized to analyze the existing problems of talent training plans,and optimization suggestions in accordance with the national policy direction and discipline development dynamics were put forward.Results:There were some differences in the talent training plans of health service and management specialty in 18 universities of TCM,and only 11.1%of them focused on cultivating compound talents in terms of cultivation orientation of talents.The number of main disciplines ranged from 1 to 5 and the formulation was not up to standard.Only 55.6%of universities looked upon assessment and evaluation as a component of talent training plan.94.4%of universities had established universities of TCM curriculum,but the features of TCM were not prominent.Conclusion:In accordance with the requirements of new liberal arts construction and the national standard of teaching quality,universities of TCM need to improve the elements including the orientation of talent training,main disciplines,course system and evaluation methods,integrated with the characteristics of the industry,regional advantages and the features of the school,thereby forming a talent training plan for health service and management specialty with the features of TCM.
