摘要 针对预应力钢结构施工过程中力学参数时变导致结构安全性能分析精度低的问题,提出了基于数字孪生的预应力钢结构施工安全智能化分析方法,结合轮辐式索桁架的结构和施工特点,总结了施工过程中结构安全性能的特征,引入了数字孪生的建模方法,并对数字孪生的构建与应用过程进行了详细描述。在此基础上,通过融合智能算法修正得到高保真性的孪生模型,并通过在模型中设置与现实施工过程相同的工况进行实时仿真,判别施工过程结构的力学性能变化情况,实现了高精度的结构安全性能分析。最后以轮辐式索桁架为研究对象,分析其施工过程的安全状态,在数字孪生的驱动下,分析拉索松弛度对结构安全性能的影响,找到了试验模型中关键拉索构件,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明:该研究方法融合了施工过程的时间、空间、应用等多个维度信息,实现了对结构的实时分析与科学预判,为提高结构施工的智能化控制水平提供了可靠的借鉴。 Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of structural safety performance analysis caused by time-varying mechanical parameters in the construction process of prestressed steel structure, an intelligent analysis method of prestressed steel structure construction safety based on digital twin was proposed. Combined with the structure and construction characteristics of spoke cable truss, the characteristics of structural safety performance during construction were summarized, the modeling method of digital twin was introduced, and the construction and application process of digital twin were refined. On this basis, the twin model with high fidelity was corrected and obtained by integrating intelligent algorithms. In the established high fidelity twin model, the same working conditions as the actual construction process were set. Through the real-time simulation of the twin model, the change of mechanical properties of the structure in the construction process was identified, and the analysis of high-precision and intelligent structural safety performance was realized. Finally, taking the spoke cable truss as the research object, the safety state during the construction process was analyzed. Driven by digital twin, the most important cable in the test model was found by analyzing the influence of relaxation degree on structural safety performance, and the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified. The results show that the research method integrates multi-dimensional information of construction process including time, space, application, realizes real-time analysis and scientific prediction of structure, which provides a reliable reference for improving the intelligent control level of structural construction.
