摘要
就地养老被视为老年人最为理想的养老模式,如何支持就地养老也成为当下诸多国家和地区应对人口老龄化的共同策略。在子代支持较为常见的中国,如何实现基于家庭代际支持的就地养老应该引起重视。根据家庭代际支持、就地养老和公共服务之间的关联模式,本研究阐明了代际支持发挥功能性价值的作用机理,并基于1077个“上有老、下有小”中间一代样本的一手调查数据,探讨了老年人所能获得的子代支持及其对子代福利的影响。本研究提出家庭代际支持能力建设不仅应成为就地养老公共服务的逻辑出发点和实现路径之一,而且还应该成为规划未来高质量养老服务体系的重要战略。
Ageing in place is regarded as the most ideal model for the elderly, so how to support ageing in place has also become a common strategy for many countries and regions to respond population aging. In China where offspring support is common, attention should be paid to how to realize aging in place based on family intergenerational support. According to the correlation model between family intergenerational support, ageing in place and public services, the study explores the function mechanism of how family intergenerational support plays its functional value. Based on the first-hand survey data of 1077 samples of the middle generation who cares for aging parents and raising children, the research discusses the support that the elderly can get from their offspring and its impact on the welfare of their offspring. The research further proposes that the construction of family intergenerational support capacity should not only become the starting point and implementation path of building, but also become an important strategy to shape a high-quality care service system for the elderly in the future.
