摘要
为满足我国南方丘陵地区中小型采矿场的需要,设计了一款新型的地下运矿车UK–8。本文简要介绍了UK–8地下运矿车的总体设计思路、产品特点及主要动力性能参数,采用数值模拟方法对整车进行了模态分析和静力学分析。研究结果表明:该产品各项性能参数均能满足规范标准,模态振型分布合理,整车刚度大,可以有效规避车辆倾覆等风险,具有结构紧凑、效率高、操作舒适、使用成本低、环境适应能力强、维修简便等优点。
A new type of underground mine truck UK–8 is designed in order to meet the needs of small mine sites in Southern hilly areas of China.This paper briefly introduces the design ideas,product features and main power parameters of the UK–8 underground mine truck.Numerical simulation method is adopted to perform the modal analysis and static analysis.The results show that all the performance parameters of the product meet the specification standards,and the modal vibration type distribution is reasonable.The stiffness of the truck is high,which can effectively avoid the risk of overturning.The UK–8 underground mine truck has the advantages of compact structure,high efficiency,comfortable operation,low cost of use,strong environmental adaptability,and easy maintenance.
