摘要
为探索高校研究生学科竞赛成绩提升,以及通过学科竞赛培养研究生创新能力的方法,在分析目前研究生培养模式存在的问题的基础上,以学科竞赛为重要手段,开展了电类研究生培养模式探索和学科竞赛培训过程方法研究,对电类学科研究生创新培养模式进行了丰富和完善,并建立了一整套较为科学的研究生学科竞赛训练过程方法。研究成果在陕西科技大学电类学科研究生培养过程中的应用取得了显著成效,使研究生在学科竞赛取得优异成绩的同时提升了其创新能力。
The purpose of this research is to explore ways to improve the performance of postgraduate discipline competitions in colleges and universities and to cultivate graduate students’innovation ability through discipline competitions.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the graduate training mode,and taking the discipline competition as an important means,the exploration of the training mode of electrical graduate students and the training method of discipline competition are carried out.The innovative training mode of electrical discipline graduate students has been enriched and improved,and a set of relatively scientific graduate discipline competition training methods has been established.The application of the research results in the training process of the electrical discipline graduate students of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has achieved remarkable results,which has made the graduate students achieve excellent results in the discipline competition and has improved their innovation ability.
