摘要
频谱分析仪作为无线电领域的常用测量仪器,在进行计量测试时存在计量测试项目多、人工测试耗时长、数据处理过程复杂等问题,该文设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的频谱分析仪自动测试系统。该系统在符合检定规程的前提下,综合GPIB总线协议、SQL数据库等实现了对不同型号频谱分析仪的自动测试、实时数据采集及处理、自动出具原始记录及证书、测试数据备份等功能,在缩短计量周期的同时有效提升了仪器使用效能。
As a kind of common measuring instrument in the radio field,spectrum analyzer has many problems in measurement,such as excessive test items,low efficiency under manual test and complicated process of data analysis.To deal with this situation,this paper designs an automatic test system for spectrum analyzer based on LabWindows/CVI.With the premise of meeting the verification regulations,using GPIB bus interface and SQL,this system can perform the functions such as automatic testing for different kinds of spectrum ana lyzer,test data collection and analysis in real time,automatic issuance of original records and certificates,test data backup and so on,which not only shortens the measurement cycle,but also effective improves the service efficiency of the instrument.
