摘要
随着社会的发展和企业管理水平的不断提高,企业需要更加重视财务管理水平,有序开展企业财务管理工作,提高企业财务管理工作水平,增强企业竞争力。本文分析了企业财务管理中存在的问题和对现实工作的影响,提出针对性应对策略,在新形势、新要求下,准确把握新机遇、充分适应新要求、合力应对新挑战,紧跟形势、服务大局,努力推进财务管理更高效、基础更扎实,为优化企业财务管理工作提供参考。
With the development of society and the continuous improvement of enterprise management level,enterprises need to pay more attention to the level of financial management,carry out enterprise financial management in an orderly manner,and improve the level of enterprise financial management,which can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems existing in enterprise financial management and their impact on practical work,puts forward targeted countermeasures,accurately grasp new opportunities,fully adapt to new requirements,work together to meet new challenges,keep up with the situation and serve the overall situation,and strive to promote more efficient financial management,more solid foundation and more prominent achievements under the new situation and new requirements,which provides a reference for optimizing enterprise financial management.
