摘要
为了将杂交构树叶发酵饲料合理用于蛋雏鸡日粮中,以缓解我国蛋白质饲料资源紧缺问题,试验将204只体重相近、20日龄脱温的健康蛋雏鸡随机分为4组,分别为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组3个重复,每个重复17只。对照组饲喂不添加杂交构树叶发酵饲料的基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加3%、6%、9%的杂交构树叶发酵饲料替代部分麦麸的试验日粮,预试期3 d,正试期30 d;测定蛋雏鸡的生产性能指标(初重、末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比)、营养成分(粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙和磷)表观消化率及脏器(心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、肌胃、腺胃和肠)指数,研究杂交构树叶发酵饲料对蛋雏鸡生长发育及营养成分表观消化率的影响。结果表明:各组初重均差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组末重和平均日增重略低于对照组,平均日采食量和料重比略高于对照组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组末重极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),平均日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均日采食量和料重比均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);且随着杂交构树叶发酵饲料添加比例的增加,蛋雏鸡的平均日采食量大体上呈现升高趋势。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组粗蛋白表观消化率略低于对照组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组粗脂肪、磷表观消化率略低于对照组,钙表观消化率略高于对照组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组粗脂肪表观消化率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),钙表观消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),磷表观消化率略高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05)。3个试验组的各脏器指数与对照组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在日粮中添加杂交构树叶发酵饲料能够增加蛋雏鸡的采食量,添加比例为3%和6%对蛋雏鸡的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和脏器发育无明显影响,因此在蛋雏鸡日粮中添加一定比例的发酵杂交构树叶是可行的。
In order to rationally utilize fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves feed in the diet of laying chicks and alleviate the shortage of protein feed resources in China, a total of 204 healthy 20-day-old dewarming chicks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely control group, experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, with three replicates in each group and 17 chicks per replicate. Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet without adding the fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves feed, and chickens in experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed a basal diet with the addition of 3%, 6% and 9% of the fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves feed, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 3 days and the trial period lasted for 30 days. The performance indexes(initial weight, final weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed/gain), nutrient composition(crude protein, crude fat, calcium and phosphorus) apparent digestibility and organ coefficients(heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys gizzard, glandular stomach, and intestines) were measured, for studying the effects of hybrid leaved fermented feed on growth and nutrient composition apparent digestibility of laying chicks. The results showed that there was no significant difference among all groups in initial weight(P>0.05). The final weight and the average daily gain in the experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were slightly lower than those in the control group, and the average daily feed intake and feed/gain were slightly higher than those in the control group, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05). The final weight in the experimental group was extremely significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). The average daily gain was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake and feed/gain in the experimental group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The average daily feed intake of laying chicks increased with the increase of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves feed. The apparent digestibility of crude protein in the experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ was slightly lower than that in control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude fat and phosphorus in the experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were slightly lower than that in the control group and the apparent digestibility of calcium was slightly higher than that in the control group, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude fat in the experimental group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01), and the apparent digestibility of calcium was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), while the apparent digestibility of phosphorus was slightly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in organ indexes between the three experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05). The results indicated that adding fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves feed in the diet could increase the feed intake of laying chicks, and the low supplemental level had no significant effect on the growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and organ development of laying chicks, so it was feasible to add a certain proportion of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves in the diet of laying chicks.
