摘要
目的:了解“双室联动”管理模式的开展情况,为完善“双室联动”管理模式提供依据。方法:于2021年6—9月采用方便抽样方法从上海市奉贤区西渡街道社区卫生服务中心7个家庭医生工作室和10个村卫生室分别选取1名家庭医生/乡村医生作为访谈对象,采用半结构式访谈法对受访者进行访谈,对资料中有意义的内容进行提炼,逐一提取出访谈主题。结果:受访者认为,应在推进“双室联动”管理模式的过程中加强沟通,依托中心的教学平台功能提升医务人员业务能力,“双室联动”管理模式在慢性病随访、健康科普和综合防治等方面具有促进作用,在重点人群健康管理率提升、签约居民满意度提升等方面具有助力作用。结论:应进一步完善“双室联动”管理模式的质控工作,提供同质化服务,并将“双室联动”相关工作纳入绩效考核,提升医务人员的工作积极性。
Objective:To understand the development of the“double room linkage”management mode,and to provide a basis for improvement of the“double room linkage”management mode.Methods:From June to September 2021,a family doctor/rural doctor was selected as the interview objects from 7 family doctor studios and 10 rural health service stations in Xidu Community Health Service Center of Fengxian District,Shanghai by convenient sampling method.The respondents were interviewed by semi-structured interview method,the meaningful contents in the data were refined and the interview topics were proposed one by one.Results:The respondents believed that communication should be strengthened in the process of promoting the“double room linkage”management mode,and the professional ability of medical staff should be improved by relying on the teaching platform function of the center,and the“double room linkage”management mode had a role in promoting chronic disease follow-up,health science popularization and comprehensive prevention and treatment,and played a supporting role in improving the health management rate of key populations and improving the satisfaction of contracted residents.Conclusion:The quality control work of the“double room linkage”management mode should be further improved to provide homogeneous services,and incorporate the“double room linkage”related work into the performance appraisal to improve the work enthusiasm of medical staff.
