摘要
目的:了解上海市嘉定工业区在册严重精神障碍患者的患病率及分布征,为制定严重精神障碍的防治策略提供科学依据。方法:770例严重精神障碍患者信息来源于上海市精神卫生信息管理系统,其中男性364例,女性406例。结果:上海市嘉定工业区在册严重精神障碍报告患病率为4.57‰;男女性别比为1∶1.12,初中及以下文化程度占83.90%,有严重精神障碍家族史的患者占4.81%,已婚患者占60.52%。其中罹患精神分裂症最多占54.94%,其次为精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍占28.70%。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、分级分类评估在不同严重精神障碍类型分布的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症是今后社区防治和康复管理工作的重点,可针对不同类型的严重精神障碍特征采取有针对性的防治措施。
Objective:To understand the prevalence and distribution of registered patients with serious mental disorders in Jiading Industrial Zone,Shanghai,and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and treatment strategies for severe mental disorders.Methods:The information of 770 patients with severe mental disorders came from the Shanghai mental health information management system,and among them,there were 364 males and 406 females.Results:The reported prevalence rate of registered serious mental disorders was 4.57‰in Jiading Industrial Zone,Shanghai;the ratio of male to female was 1:1.12,the education level of junior high school and below accounted for 83.90%,patients with family history of severe mental disorders accounted for 4.81%,and married patients accounted for 60.52%.Among them,schizophrenia accounted for 54.94%,followed by mental retardation with mental disorder,which accounted for 28.70%.There were significant differences in the distribution of different types of severe mental disorders by gender,age,marital status,educational level and grading and classification evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Schizophrenia is the focus of community prevention,treatment and rehabilitation management in the future,and targeted prevention and treatment measures can be taken according to the characteristics of different types of severe mental disorders.
