摘要
加快建设沿海绿色生态高质量发展经济带,旨在促进江苏沿海的景观道路、生态修复、城乡建设、科技创新、产业集聚等方面整体提升,进而带动江苏沿海乃至全省的高质量发展。贯彻落实习近平总书记在江苏的重要讲话指示精神,深化陆海统筹、江海联动、港产城融合发展,打造令人向往的生态风光带、人海和谐的蓝色经济带。针对江苏在推进沿海绿色生态高质量发展经济带建设中存在的诸多问题,提出构筑自然和谐的生态风光带、建设令人向往的特色城镇带和打造更高质量的蓝色经济带等具体实施路径。
We should endeavor to accelerate the construction of coastal green ecological high-quality development economic belt,in order to facilitate the landscape road construction,ecological restoration,urban and rural construction,scientific and technological innovation,industrial clustering and overall improvement of the other aspects,contributing to the high-quality development of coastal Jiangsu and even the whole province.We should resolutely implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech in Jiangsu,so as to deepen the integrated development of land and sea,the linkage of river and sea,and the integration of port,industry and city,and to create a desirable ecological scenic belt and a blue economic belt characterized by harmony between people and the sea.In view of the problems in the construction of the belt in Jiangsu,the researchers have proposed the specific implementation paths of constructing a natural,harmonious ecological scenic belt,building a desirable characteristic town belt and a higher quality blue economic belt.
