摘要
对在南京地区种植的‘天后’‘绿宝石’和‘珠宝’3个早熟南高丛蓝莓品种的生长表现、果实性状和品质指标进行调查与分析。结果表明,‘天后’在5月中旬开始成熟,属于极早熟品种,‘绿宝石’和‘珠宝’在5月底—6月初成熟,属于早熟品种;3个品种蓝莓均属于大果品种,果实质地均较硬,耐储运;‘天后’和‘绿宝石’果实较甜,‘珠宝’口感酸,但均属于较甜品种,其总花色苷含量属于中等水平,为适宜鲜食的优良品种。
The growth performance,fruit characters and quality indexes of three early-maturing southern highbush blueberry cultivars‘Primadonna’‘Emerald’and‘Jewel’in Nanjing area were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that‘Primadonna’began to mature in the middle of May,belonging to very early-maturing cultivar,and‘Emerald’and‘Jewel’matured in the end of May and early June,belonging to early-maturing cultivars;the three cultivars belonged to large fruit cultivars with good fruit hardness and convenient for storage and transportation;the fruits of‘Primadonna’and‘Emerald’were sweet,and‘Jewel’tasted sour,but all belonged to sweet cultivars,the total anthocyanin content belonged to the medium level,which were good cultivars suitable for fresh eating.
