外泌体与血管生成之间的关系及针灸干预机制

Relationship between Exosomes and Angiogenesis and Intervention Mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

摘要 近年来的研究结果表明,血管新生与心肌梗死、缺血性脑卒中等血管因素造成的疾病关系密切,而外泌体经研究发现与血管新生息息相关,外泌体可以修复血管损伤,促进血管新生从而延缓病理进程及病发预后等。本研究旨在总结外泌体的生物学功能特性及研究外泌体中的微小核苷酸(miRNAs)在血管损伤相关疾病的治疗中对于血管新生的作用及进一步探讨针灸对外泌体的影响和外泌体对于针灸刺激的应答作用,为临床针灸治疗血管因素疾病及发挥针灸的优势提供新思路。 Recent studies have shown that angiogenesis is closely related to diseases caused by vascular factors,such as myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke,whereas exosomes have been found to be closely related to angiogenesis.Exosomes can repair vascular injury and promote angiogenesis,thus delaying pathological process and improving prognosis.This study summarized the biological characteristics of exosomes,explored effects of tiny nucleotides(miRNAs)of exosomes on angiogenesis in the treatment of vascular injury related diseases,and further explored the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion to exosomes and response of exosomes to acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation,aiming to provide new ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of vascular factors diseases.
