摘要
本试验采用等温量热仪、同步热分析仪、X射线衍射仪研究了以石灰石微粉与偏高岭土复合料(MKL)部分替代白色硅酸盐水泥(WPC)对白色活性粉末混凝土(WRPC)力学性能和水化性能的影响。结果表明,MKL部分替代水泥对WRPC流变性能影响不大;MKL替代量不超过30%时,WRPC 28 d抗折和抗压强度基本不变,3 d和7 d抗压强度降幅较小;加入MKL能促进水泥水化,且随着掺量增大,水化加速期至减速期的放热峰曲线逐渐由尖锐单峰向平缓双峰转变;白色硅酸盐水泥中Ca(OH)2含量显著降低,表明MKL部分替代白水泥可产生良好的火山灰效应。
The effect of limestone powder and metakaolin composite(MKL)partially replacing WPC on the mechanical properties and hydration properties of white activated powder concrete(WRPC)was studied by using isothermal calorimeter,TG-DSC,XRD and other methods.The results show that it has little effect on the rheological properties of white reactive powder concrete when MKL partially replaces cement.When the amount of cement replaced by MKL is less than 30%,the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of WRPC do not decrease,and the 3 d and 7 d compressive strength decrease slightly.The addition of MKL can promote the hydration of cement,and with the increase of dosage,the exothermic peak curve of hydration acceleration to deceleration phase gradually changes from sharp single peak to gentle double peak,and the content of Ca(OH)2 in WPC reduce significantly,indicating that MKL partially replaces WPC can produce a good pozzolanic effect.
