摘要
目的研究冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者在进行介入治疗围术期中,配合综合护理干预措施的护理效果。方法选取2020年1—12月该院收治的冠心病合并2型糖尿病介入治疗的120例患者进行研究,随机分为对照组、观察组,各60例。对照组患者仅采用常规护理方式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行围术期综合护理干预措施,比较护理后两组患者血糖水平、术后并发症、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组FPG为(6.94±1.45)mmol/L,2 hPG为(8.94±1.45)mmol/L,明显低于对照组的(7.93±1.27)、(10.93±1.27)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各维度的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者,在常规护理的基础上,采用围术期综合护理措施对其进行干预,可以有效控制血糖水平,减少并发症发生率,提高患者生活品质。
Objective To study the nursing effect of combined nursing intervention measures in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the perioperative period of interventional therapy.Methods From January to December 2020,120 patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes interventional therapy who were treated in the hospital were selected for research,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each.The patients in the control group only received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions in the perioperative period on the basis of routine nursing,and then the blood glucose levels,postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing were observed and compared.Results After nursing,the FPG of the observation group was(6.94±1.45)mmol/L,and the 2 hPG was(8.94±1.45)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(7.93±1.27)mmol/L and(10.93±1.27)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,on the basis of routine nursing,the use of perioperative comprehensive nursing measures to intervene can effectively control the blood sugar level,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
