摘要
目的 探讨回授式肺康复指导在肺癌术后化疗患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月间西京医院空军第九八六医院收治的100例肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。研究组患者采用回授式肺康复指导,对照组患者采用传统护理措施,比较两组患者的护理满意度、自我效能感和癌因性疲乏程度。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者自我效能感和癌因性疲乏程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组患者自我效能感评分高于对照组,癌因性疲乏程度评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者行回授式肺康复指导,可提高患者的自我效能感和护理满意度,缓解癌因性疲乏程度,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To systematically analyze the application value of feedback form pulmonary rehabilitation guidance for health education in patients with lung cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods One hundred lung cancer patients treated at Air Force 986 Hospital, Xijing Hospital were selected between January 2020 and December 2021. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 50 patients in each group using the random number method. The experimental group received feedback form pulmonary rehabilitation guidance and the control group received traditional nursing. Patient satisfaction, self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups. Results Patient satisfaction with nursing was 96.0% in the experimental group, which was higher than 84.0% of the control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05). After the nursing, the self-efficacy score was high and the score of cancer-related fatigue was lower in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lung cancer patients receiving pulmonary rehabilitation guidance can significantly improve their self-efficacy and satisfaction with nursing, and alleviate the severity of cancer-related fatigue, which is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
