三维电极电催化氧化处理蒸发浓缩液试验研究 被引量:2

Technical exploration of horizontal screw centrifuge in solid-liquid separation of flowback liquid in offshore production

摘要 针对海上生产钻井废液蒸发浓缩液水质成分复杂,具有高化学需氧量(COD)、高盐、可生化性差以及难降解的高分子有机污染物含量高等特点,采用三维电极电催化氧化处理蒸发浓缩液,探究了不同电催化电压、H_(2)O_(2)添加量以及电催化时间对蒸发浓缩液COD和氨氮的去除效果。结果表明:COD和氨氮去除率随电压增加出现先增加后下降的趋势,在电压为160V时,COD去除率最高可达62.37%。在电压为140V时,氨氮去除率最高可达67.54%;COD和氨氮去除率随H_(2)O_(2)添加量增加出现先增加后持平的趋势。在H_(2)O_(2)添加量(体积分数)为0.12%时,COD和氨氮去除率不再发生显著变化;COD和氨氮去除率随电催化时间增加出现先增加后持平的趋势,COD去除率在电催化时间为4h时不再发生显著变化,氨氮去除率在电催化时间为6h时不再发生显著变化。采用正交试验优化工艺参数,获得最佳工艺参数:电压为140V,H_(2)O_(2)添加量为0.12%,电催化时间为5h。在此条件下,蒸发浓缩液的处理效果比较稳定,COD去除率平均可以达到66.18%,氨氮去除率平均可以达到74.17%。 In view of the complex water composition of the evaporated concentrate of offshore production drilling waste liquid, which has the characteristics of high COD,high salt, poor biodegradability and high content of high molecular organic pollutants that were difficult to degrade, the evaporated concentrate was treated by three-dimensional electrode electrocatalytic oxidation, and the removal effects of different electrocatalytic voltage, H_(2)O_(2) addition and electrocatalytic time on COD and ammonia nitrogen of the evaporated concentrate were explored, The results showed that the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen increased first and then decreased with the increase of voltage.When the voltage was 160 V,the removal rate of COD was up to 62.37%,and when the voltage was 140 V,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was up to 67.54%;The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen increased first and then flat with the increase of H_(2)O_(2) addition.When the H_(2)O_(2) addition was 0.12%,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen did not change significantly;The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen increase first and then flat with the increase of electrocatalysis time.The removal rate of COD does not change significantly when the electrocatalysis time was 4 h, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen does not change significantly when the electrocatalysis time was 6 h.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the process parameters, and the best process parameters were obtained: the voltage was 140 V,the addition of H_(2)O_(2) was 0.12%,and the electrocatalysis time was 5 h.Under these conditions, the treatment effect of evaporated concentrate is relatively stable, with an average COD removal rate of 66.18% and an average ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 74.17%.
