摘要
传统食品监管面临数据冗余、信任缺失、智能评判不足三大问题。文章对食品安全监管的内涵进行了优化与重塑,构建基于“区块链+大数据”的食品监管体系架构并给出食品安全监管平台设计方案。在此基础上,利用区块链、大数据、沙盒等关键技术,采用联盟链方式建设监管平台。经过算法设计、多元分析发现,研究不仅实现了食品数据智能分析,而且利用移动大数据靶向语音播报实现了一键触警。通过食品安全事件有效预测,改变了以往只有事件发生才追回不安全食品的现象,转事后的追回为事前的预警,将食品安全危害降到最低。
Traditional food supervision faces three problems of data redundancy,lack of trust and lack of intelligent evaluation.This paper optimizes and reshapes the connotation of food safety supervision,constructs the food supervision system architecture based on“blockchain+big data”,and gives the design scheme of food safety supervision platform.On this basis,the use of blockchain,big data,sandbox and other key technologies,the use of alliance chain to build a regulatory platform.After algorithm design and multivariate analysis,it is found that this study not only realizes the intelligent analysis of food data,but also realizes one touch alarm by using mobile big data targeted voice broadcast.Through the effective prediction of food safety incidents,the phenomenon that unsafe food can only be recovered after the incident has been changed,and the recovery after the incident has been turned into the early warning in advance,so as to minimize the harm of food safety.
