摘要
基于当前数字化工厂建设的现状,结合笔者在工程机械行业中型材下料数字化车间建设的实际经验,重点阐述数字化车间的整体信息化架构,并对过程控制层中的信息化系统进行功能规划设计,实现了型材下料数字化车间的数字化和信息化高效运行。
Based on the current status of digital factory construction, combined with the author’s practical experience in the construction of digital workshops for profile blanking in the construction machinery industry, the overall information architecture of the digital workshop is emphasized, and the information system in the process control layer is functionally designed. It realizes the digital and information-based efficient operation of the profile blanking digital workshop.
