摘要
原发性痛经作为妇科较为常见的多发病,严重影响女性正常的工作及生活质量。毫火针疗法作为对传统火针疗法的继承和创新,治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经可明显缓解疼痛症状,并且操作简便、安全性高。本文主要结合作者的临床案例,从传统医学和现代医学的角度探讨毫火针治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的机理。
Primary dysmenorrhea, as a common gynecological disease, seriously affects women’s normal work and quality of life. As an inheritance and innovation of traditional fire acupuncture therapy, filiform fire needle can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold dampness stagnation type, with simple operation and high safety. Based on the author’s clinical cases, this paper discusses the mechanism of filiform fire needle in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold dampness stagnation type from the perspective of traditional medicine and modern medicine.
