摘要
依托于德国被动房体系来建设卧牛山华东近零能耗参观展示体验中心,通过PHPP和Flixo等辅助软件对外围护结构、热桥节点、新风系统等关键技术进行严格的把控。把设计分析作为技术的突破口,对项目进行多版本的能耗计算,逐步优化围护结构配置。辅以先进的施工功法,并对薄弱位置进行热桥分析,结合经济性和节能效果,选择合适的处理方法。选择高气密性的围护结构并对细部节点进行气密性处理及相关的测试来达到闭环的验证效果,以此来满足近零能耗的技术标准。
Relying on the German passive house system,the Wonewsun East China Near Zero energy Consumption Visiting and Exhibition Experience Center is built,and the external envelope structure,thermal bridge node,fresh air system and other key technologies are strictly controlled by PHPP and Flixo auxiliary software.Take design analysis as the breakthrough of technology,calculate energy consumption of multiple versions of the project,and gradually optimize the configuration of envelope structure.With advanced construction skills,and the weak position of the thermal bridge analysis,combined with economic and energy saving effect,select the appropriate treatment method.Select a high air tightness envelope structure and air tightness treatment and related tests on the details of the node to achieve closed-loop verification effect,in order to meet the technical standards of near zero energy consumption.
