摘要
目的探讨与总结地市级三级公立医院科研管理的创新思路、措施、效果与体会。方法医院在科研管理创新实践中采取了一系列管理措施,主要包括构建并实施以科研带头人(PI)和科研骨干制为核心的科研运行体系,启动一流学科和创新团队建设,引导开展以解决临床问题为导向的驱动型医学研究,促进科研成果转化,强化科研诚信学风建设等。分析创新管理的实施效果并不断完善和推广。结果创新科研管理机制运行以来,促进了医院人才成长与梯队优化,提高了科研工作层次和水平,增强了医疗技术水平和竞争能力,提升了学科内涵建设水平。结论新时期对科研管理提出了更高的要求,高质量发展是第一要务,高层次人才是第一资源,高水平创新是第一动力,创新科研管理机制赋能公立医院高质量发展。
Objective To explore and summarize the innovative concept,measures,effects,and experience of scientific research management in a municipal tertiary public hospital.Methods A series of innovative measures were adopted in the scientific research management,mainly including establishment of a scientific research operational system centered on principal investigators(PIs)and key scientific researchers,construction of first-class disciplines and innovative teams,encouragement of clinical issue-oriented medical research,transformation of scientific research results,and advocacy of scientific research integrity.The effectiveness of these innovative management measures was analyzed.Results The innovative scientific research management mechanism has promoted talent training,optimized research team,raised the level of scientific research,increased medical capabilities and competitiveness,and promoted discipline connotation construction.Conclusions The new era puts forward higher requirements for scientific research management.High-quality development is the first priority,high-level talents are the first resource,and high-level innovation is the first driving force.Innovative scientific research management mechanisms empower the high-quality development of public hospitals.
