摘要
大力发展装配式建筑是践行高质量发展理念重要内容,也是促进建筑业转型升级的重要手段。但是装配式建筑技术管控体系仍存在诸多影响项目质量与效率的瓶颈问题。本文在中国铁建房地产集团实施的装配式建筑项目和竞品项目技术管控实践基础上,从地产开发视角,以全过程技术咨询为手段,研究装配式建筑项目技术管控模式,从总体流程控制、阶段技术控制、成本及工期控制三个维度,分别探讨装配式项目技术管控思路、方法及要点,为实现装配式建筑项目开发的“提质增效”目标提供有效技术管控借鉴,促进装配式建筑高质量发展。
Promoting prefabricated construction is an important approach to adapt the exact demands of high-quality development.Also,it is a significant instrument to accelerate the transition efficiency of construction industry.But difficulties are confirmed lies in the technical management of prefabricated construction which could be obstacles impeding the engineering quality and efficiency.Basing on the practical technical management application about prefabricated construction and competitive products from CRCC,this paper focuses on the prefabricated construction technology control mode,with the method of whole process technical consultation under the perspective of real estate development.In this study,technical control thoughts,methods and key points of prefabricated construction are researched by three dimensions:overall process control,stage technology control,cost and duration control.The main purpose of this study is to provide effective reference in promoting high-quality prefabricated construction development,furthermore,to realize the goal of ‘quality-boosting efficiency’.
