宁夏中部干旱带日光温室光质特征及对葡萄品质的影响 被引量:3

Photoquality Characteristics and Effect of Solar Greenhouse on Grape Quality in Central Arid Zone of Ningxia

摘要 为探究宁夏中部干旱带日光温室内不同位置光分布特点及其对葡萄产量与品质的影响,以‘巨玫瑰’‘维多利亚’两个鲜食品种为试材,调查了走道杆、中杆、下风口3个位置的光质特征及其果实产量、可滴定酸、Vc、可溶性固形物、总糖的含量。从7:00到19:00,光照强度、叶绿素a加权辐照度、叶绿素b加权辐照度均呈先上升后下降的趋势;日光温室内同一高度不同位置的光质强度均为中杆>下风口>走道杆。从产量来看,在走道杆、中杆、下风口3个位点‘巨玫瑰’平均株产分别为1.38、1.75、2.30 kg,差异极显著;‘维多利亚’平均株产分别为1.45、1.90、1.80 kg,无显著差异。从果实品质来看,‘巨玫瑰’在下风口处Vc、可溶性固形物、总糖含量达到最高,分别为205.9 mg·kg^(-1)、12.05%、6.99%,但可滴定酸含量最低;‘维多利亚’在中杆定植处Vc、可溶性固形物、总糖含量达到最高,分别为207.3 mg·kg^(-1)、10.35%、5.35%,可滴定酸最低,为0.37%。‘巨玫瑰’在下风口定植处品质与产量达到最佳,‘维多利亚’在中杆定植处品质与产量达到最佳。 To explore the light distribution characteristics and its effect on yield and quality of grapes in solar greenhouses in the central arid zone of Ningxia,two table grapes varieties,’Jumeigui’and’Victoria’were used as materials,the light quality characteristics of three different planting positions(aisle pole,middle pole,and downwind outlet)and their effects on fruit yield,titratable acid,Vc,soluble solids and total sugar content of grape were investigated.From the point of light qualitative characteristics,light intensity,weighted irradiance of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b showed first rising then downward trend;light quality in the same height with different planting location were middle pole position>downwind outlet position>aisle pole position.From the point of production,in the corridor pole,middle pole,downwind outlet positions,the average plant yield of’Jumeigui’were 1.38 kg,1.75 kg and 2.30 kg;the average plant yield of’Victoria’were 1.45 kg,1.90 kg and 1.80 kg,no difference significantly from the point of quality,the content of Vc,soluble solids and total sugar of’Jumeigui’fruit reached the highest in downwind outlet position,were 205.9 mg·kg^(-1),12.05%and 6.99%,respectively;the titratable acid content was the lowest than other two positions.The content of Vc,soluble solid,total sugar of’Victoria’reached the highest were 207.3 mg·kg^(-1),10.35%and 5.35%,titratable acid content was 0.37%.Therefore,yield and quality of’Jumeigui’grape were the best in downwind outlet position,yield and quality of’Victoria’grape were the best at the middle pole position.
