摘要
土建工程施工影响因素较多,需要面对较多的安全风险因素,近些年出现的一些重大安全事故无不与土建风险管控不到位息息相关。为此,文章在分析土建施工安全风险的主要类型和风险存在原因的基础上,提出了土建施工安全风险管理方法,以及土建施工重大风险的预控措施,以提升土建施工的安全性,促进工程顺利开展。
There are many factors affecting the construction of civil engineering, and many safety risk factors need to be faced. In recent years, some major safety accidents in recent years are all closely related to the inadequate management and control of civil engineering risk. Therefore,based on the analysis of the main types of civil construction safety risks and the reasons for the risks, this paper puts forward the risk management methods of civil construction safety and the pre-control measures for major civil construction risks, so as to improve the safety of civil construction, promote the smooth development of the project.
