摘要
建立了浓香型白酒窖泥中乳酸含量的检测方法。样品经超声波提取、离心、过滤,Waters Acquity UPLC T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)分离,以20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,流速:0.1 mL/min,进样量:1μL,PDA检测器,γ=208 nm。在100~1000 mg/L范围内呈线性相关,相关系数R^(2)=0.999。窖泥样品中加班回收率98.65%~102%,重现性RSD=3.35%。
A detection method for lactic acid content in Nongxiang baijiu cellar mud was established.The samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave,centrifuged,filtered,and separated by a Waters Acquity UPLC T3 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm).The mobile phase was 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution,and the flow rate was 0.1 mL/min,Quantity:1μL,PDA detector,γ=208 nm.There is a linear correlation in the range of 100~1000 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.999.In the pit mud samples,the overtime recovery rate was 98.65%~102%,and the reproducibility RSD=3.35%.
