摘要
提出了选用S7-200 SMART CPU ST30 PLC为主控制器,发送脉冲指令作为伺服驱动器的输入信号,通过伺服驱动器实现对伺服电机前/后点动及连续运转、相对/绝对位置的精确控制以及自动查找参考点等操作,由SMART 1000 IE V3触摸屏搭建监控画面的思路。实验结果表明,基于PLC与HMI的伺服电机运动控制系统运行可靠,稳定性好,控制精度高。
It provided the design of the S7-200 SMART CPU ST30 PLC as master and send pulse command as input signal of servo drive.Through the servo drive,the servo motor front/rear jog and continuous continuous operation,precise control of the relative/absolute position,and automatic reference point search were realized,the monitoring screen was built by the SMART 1000 IE V3 touch screen.The results show that servo motor motion control system based on PLC and HMI are reliable operation,high stability and high controller accuracy.
