几丁聚糖对黄鳝生长性能和非特异性免疫的影响 被引量:2

Effects of chitosan on the growth performance and immunity of Monopterus albus

摘要 为探讨在饲料中添加不同浓度几丁聚糖对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)生长性能及非特异性免疫的影响,本实验以初始体重(15.0±0.5)g的黄鳝为研究对象,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复60尾鱼。5组试验鱼分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加0(对照)、1%、2%、3%和4%几丁聚糖溶液(几丁聚糖的有效浓度为0.6%)的试验饲料,饲喂60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,在饲料中添加几丁聚糖能显著提高黄鳝增重率、特定生长率,降低饵料系数。当添加量为3%时,黄鳝血清中的总蛋白含量,碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著高于其余各组,且总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量显著低于其余各组。在添加量为4%时酸性磷酸酶的活性显著最高。上述实验结果表明,在黄鳝饲料中添加适量的几丁聚糖能够提高其生长性能和非特异性免疫功能,黄鳝饲料中几丁聚糖的适宜添加量为3%。 Monopterus albus with an initial body weight of(15.0±0.5)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 60 fish in each replicate to investigate the effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the growth performance and nonspecific immunity.The five groups of experimental albums were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0(control),1%,2%,3%and 4%chitosan solution(the effective concentration of chitosan was 0.6%)in the primary feed for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding chitosan to the feed could significantly improve the weight gain rate,and specific growth rate and reduce the feed coefficient of M.albus.When the dosage was 3%,the total protein content,alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase activities in the serum of M.albus were significantly higher than those in other groups.The contents of total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly lower than those in other groups.When the addition amount was 4%,acid phosphatase activity was significantly the highest.The above experimental results showed that adding an appropriate amount of chitosan to the feed of M.albus could improve its growth performance and nonspecific immune function.The appropriate amount of chitosan in the feed of M.albus was 3%.
