摘要
稻米品质是由加工品质、外观品质、营养品质和蒸煮食味品质等构成。稻米品质受遗传因素和栽培措施等综合因素影响很大。重点从加强栽培措施、环境条件、稻米储藏和加工、直链淀粉、优质稻生理基础等研究出发,在保证我国水稻高产前提下使稻米品质进一步得到提高,从而使水稻高产优质高效得到协调统一。
Rice quality is composed of processing quality,appearance quality,nutrition quality and cooking and eating quality.Rice quality is greatly influenced by genetic factors and cultivation measures.Focusing on strengthening cultivation measures,environmental conditions,rice storage and processing,amylose,and the physiological basis of high-quality rice,the quality of rice can be further improved under the premise of guaranteeing high yield of rice in China,so as to harmonize high yield,high quality and high efficiency of rice.
