摘要
目的观察厚朴排气合剂结合艾灸治疗仪对食管癌术后患者的效果。方法60例食管癌术后患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组患者采用四磨汤口服液治疗,实验组患者采用厚朴排气合剂结合艾灸治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者术后胃肠减压引流量、首次排气时间、腹胀缓解时间、正常进食时间,治疗前后血清营养指标[白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)],免疫功能指标[CD3^(+)CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)]。结果实验组术后胃肠减压引流量(121.25±12.45)ml/d小于对照组的(206.12±20.44)ml/d,首次排气时间(2.11±0.12)d、腹胀缓解时间(5.32±0.06)d、正常进食时间(6.25±0.36)d均短于对照组的(2.96±0.04)、(6.45±0.54)、(8.15±1.04)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清ALB、PAB、TRF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组血清ALB(41.49±6.36)g/L、PAB(316.52±34.41)mg/L、TRF(2.58±0.49)g/L均显著高于对照组的(30.77±6.59)g/L、(296.58±23.97)mg/L、(1.95±0.42)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后CD3^(+)CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、SIgA水平均显著高于对照组,CD8^(+)、IgG水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂结合艾灸治疗仪对食管癌术后患者的康复效果显著,可改善患者的营养状况及免疫功能,值得在临床上推广和使用。
Objective To observe the effect of Houpu Paiqi mixture combined with moxibustion therapy instrument on postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 60 cases of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Simo Decoction oral liquid,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Houpu Paiqi mixture combined with moxibustion therapy apparatus.Both groups were compared in terms of postoperative drainage quantity of gastrointestinal decompression,first exhaust time,abdominal distension relief time,recovery time of normal eating,serum nutritional indexes[albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),transferrin(TRF)],immune function indicators[CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD8^(+),immunoglobulin G(IgG),secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA)]before and after treatment.Results The postoperative drainage quantity of gastrointestinal decompression(121.25±12.45)ml/d of the experimental group was less than(206.12±20.44)ml/d of the control group;the first exhaust time(2.11±0.12)d,abdominal distension relief time(5.32±0.06)d and recovery time of normal eating(6.25±0.36)d were shorter than(2.96±0.04),(6.45±0.54)and(8.15±1.04)d of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum ALB,PAB and TRF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum ALB(41.49±6.36)g/L,PAB(316.52±34.41)mg/L and TRF(2.58±0.49)g/L in the experimental group were significantly higher than(30.77±6.59)g/L,(296.58±23.97)mg/L,and(1.95±0.42)g/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and SIgA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)and IgG were significantly lower than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Houpu Paiqi mixture combined with moxibustion therapy instrument has significant recovery effect on postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,which can improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
